Board and Train

The Puppy Foundations Board and Train is a great way to set your puppy up for success as they grow into an adult. We know that the puppy stage is one of the most important, and challenging, parts of your dog's life and we want to help them start it out right! Throughout their time with us at YPA, they will learn to have fun, enjoy training, and gain valuable skills to grow into a well rounded dog. Your puppy will be treated like one of our own and get to be part of our pack.

We will also work on resolving any puppy problem behaviors like:

• Chewing 

• Digging

• Barking 

• Jumping, etc. 

What’s included in the cost?  

• Training equipment used for your dog (could be a leash, slip lead, transitional leash, martingale, etc.) as well as a long line and place bed. Approximately $200 value

• Private Lesson training to train YOU on what they’ve learned and how to continue it back home

• Go-Home folder with all the information needed to successfully be transitioned back into your home 

Investment 

Two weeks: $2100

Includes 2 hours of Private Lessons

Three weeks: $3100 

Includes 3 hours of Private Lessons

Four weeks: $4100

Eligibility

For puppies ages 10weeks - 6 months 

Your puppy must have at least their first set of vaccines a week prior to their Board and Train

Owner will need to provide their dogs crate, food, and treats for their stay

The longer your puppy is with us, the more training, socialization, and exposure we’ll be able to cover and solidify!

Our Core Board and Train is for dogs 6 months and older without any significant behavioral issues. While they are with us they will learn what it takes to be a solid, well behaved dog that you can take anywhere pet dogs can go!

We also will help curb any problem behaviors such as:

• Jumping 

• Mouthing 

• Digging 

• Counter surfing, etc. 

What’s included in the cost?  

• Training equipment used for your dog (could be a slip lead, prong collar, transitional leash, etc.)  as well as a long line and place bed. Approximately $250 value

• Private Lesson training to train YOU on what they’ve learned and how to continue it back home

• Go-Home folder with all the information needed to successfully be transitioned back into your home

Your dog must be current on all vaccines appropriate for their age

A custom Board and Train is for clients looking for training with a specific goal in mind that’s not included in our above Board and Trains. This program will be tailored to your needs for your dog to help achieve what you are looking for!

• A one hour follow up lesson post Board and Train

$1000-$1200/week depending on your goals

Here at Yes!Paws Academy we have a passion for Service Dog Training and offer a variety of services for it. The owner at YPA has her own Service Dog for her invisible illness and has a great understanding of what is needed to train a Service dog. We only specialize in a few types due to the extensive work it takes and required education. 

We have high standards for Service Dogs and continue to strive to build a better Service Dog community. In our program, your dog must pass through our own PAT (Public Access Test) in order for them to officially graduate as a Service Dog.

• One hour of private lesson training for each week of training
